Payment Policies

  • Confirmation Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to confirm and finalize the booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid one month before the arrival of the passengers.
  • Payment Methods: The main methods are bank transfers (prioritized due to lower costs) and VISA payment links upon request.
  • Transfer Costs: Clients must ensure the exact amount arrives at the account, avoiding deductions from intermediary commissions.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • More than 30 days before: 80% refunded.
  • Between 30 to 15 days before: 50% refunded.
  • 15 days before: No refund.
  • No-show: 100% of the reservation will be charged; no refunds provided.
  • Modifications: Changes to dates, room types, or guest numbers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Route Changes: Due to weather or landslides in the Manu buffer zone, guides may change the route and will inform passengers beforehand.
